General improvements

Some improvements for version 0.4:

• game will automatically save your progress;
• two difficulty levels;
• the tiny hero can now make melee attacks;
• winning duels gives 10 coins from a chest;
• enemies are a little smarter (thanks to https://arongranberg.com/astar/); and
• several small improvements in graphic assets;
